Party FAQs

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 10-12 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. Popular dates fill up quickly! Check availability by starting here, or give us a call at (856) 396-8469.
Can I bring my own food and decorations?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own cake, snacks, and decorations. We provide tables and basic setup. If you're more hands off, we've got full service packages as well.
What happens if guests arrive late?
Your party time slot remains the same regardless of when guests arrive. We recommend communicating start times clearly to your guests and even consider padding your invitation time by 15 minutes.
Is cleanup included?
Basic cleanup is included with all packages. Please dispose of food waste and take home any personal decorations. We'll happily handle the rest!
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before. 50% refund for cancellations 14–30 days before. No refund within 14 days. Rescheduling is available based on availability.
